Dormilona Clayface Shiraz 2025 clos-saint-denis-grand-cru Over the winterMade from our lovely Shiraz from our little plot at Yungarra. Hand harvested, gently crushed fruit into a large amphora pot. Fermented naturally on skins for three weeks. Then basket pressed back to amphora for settling and maturation. Simply hand bottled direct from the amphora in warmer days.
